This new housing is in the residential area of Pla Roig I, one of the most modern urbanizations in Calpe provided with public system of illumination, general network of sanitation and water and light on foot of plot.
The new housing remains located at less of 1 Km from all the services: supermarkets area, the sports area and of schools, the urban center and the beaches. This place turns it into a magnificent area to have all the advantages that a single-family house offers without resigning from any of the services that the municipality of Calpe offers.
Our new construction consists in the execution of a housing in one single floor, of modern style and characterized by its sloping walls and its large windows, designed to enjoy to the maximum the exterior areas and the environment. Located in a completely flat plot that has a surface of 1.161 m², and whose orientation to the South-west provides the sun to it during the whole day. For his part the housing has a built surface of 264 m² including the closed garage, in addition to being provided with a spacious exterior area of terrace.

Also the kitchen is delivered fully fitted with domestic appliances from brand Neff, the floors and tiled areas are made by porcelanic material, and the whole interior carpentry is lacquered in white color.
Outwardly the house is delivered completely finished, with a wide terrace where to be able to sunbathe and a swimming pool of 9 x 4 m where to be able to freshen up, with heating pre-installation by means of solar panels for the swimming pool. Along with it also there is an area of 130 m² of artificial lawn decorated with palm trees, another 130 m² area in the side of the house with covering of gravels and set with fruit-bearing trees and an area in the rear part of the housing of approximately 70 m² also decorated with different types of plants.
